STM Snow Surf offers a range of bags including backpacks, beach bags, ski bags, snowboard bags, boot bags, travel bags, wheeled bags, and other related products. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the information on the Service is accurate, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including but not limited to orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders with incorrect pricing or product information, or orders that we suspect to be fraudulent.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping (DHL/FedEx) costs €8 and takes 7-14 business days; Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) costs €22.99 and takes 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 1-2 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the jurisdiction of 4640 S Carrollton Ave Suite 160, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70119, US, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
